Press coverage on the upcoming F1-2006 mod
As the work on the F1-2006 for rFactor enters the final stages with only mintor graphical work and physics in the work, previews covering the upcoming mod appear.
Already a bit older are the German testing diaries ("Testtagebücher") by Speedmaniacs. In 4 parts, they cover the impressions of the first test drives: Part 1, 2, 3 and 4 (de).
Another preview was posted at Virtualr.net. They also sumarize the news we post on our development blog, however this is a full preview on the mod: CTDP F1 2006 - Exclusive Preview
InsideSimRacing.net featured the mod's Trailer-Video during the live show of SimRacingTonight. You can rewatch the show in the on-demand-archives, looking for the 4th september 2008.
Unrelated to the mod is the great article in the latest AutoSimSport Volume 4 Issue 4 about the now-classic F1-mods for F1Challenge. It features a comparison of the CTDP's and Ralph Hummerich's mods of 2004 and 2005 and is very good reading and a great way to look few years back in time.
